ARRA (Stimulus) Funds & OFCCP Requirements Construction contractors and subcontractors receiving federal funds, whether through direct contracts or indirectly, through State, County or City projects, compliance with equal employment opportunity and affirmative action (EEO/AA) needs to be reviewed.
